Meet Holly Frost, affectionately nicknamed “Stitches,” Santa’s Tailor and Uniform Designer at the North Pole. At 162 Elf Years old, Holly stands 27 inches tall (69 cm) with sparkling blue eyes and an affinity for hot cocoa and the song “Winter Wonderland.” Her favorite colors, red and green, perfectly embody her festive spirit and her critical role in making sure everyone at the North Pole looks their best.
Holly’s journey to becoming the North Pole’s top tailor began one snowy December 23rd, when Santa found he couldn’t button up his favorite red and white jacket. With Christmas Eve just around the corner, it was a crisis! Holly, the North Pole’s best tailor, worked tirelessly through the night to alter Santa’s jacket, ensuring he looked as smart and jolly as ever. Impressed by her skill, Santa asked Holly to design and create uniforms for all the elves in his workshop. Using her favorite Christmas colors, red and green, Holly did a fantastic job, earning the nickname “Stitches” from her delighted colleagues.
Holly’s home, Sugarsnow Cottage, is a festive haven adorned with Christmas candies and warm, welcoming decorations. Each room is decked out with fairy lights, ornaments, and holly boughs, reflecting her excellent sense of style and love for the holiday season. Her favorite place in the cottage is a small, cozy sewing room upstairs, just under the chimney. With windows on three sides, this bright room offers stunning views of the snowy North Pole landscape. Here, Holly stores fabrics, ribbons, and other sewing supplies in a large dresser and drawers, with her trusty sewing machine positioned by the biggest window. Two adjustable mannequins, one elf-sized and one Santa-sized, stand ready for her latest creations.
When she’s not working on uniforms for Santa and the elves, Holly loves to design and make clothes for her friends. Her creativity and sewing skills are always in high demand, keeping the North Pole residents warm, snug, and stylish. Holly Frost, or “Stitches,” ensures that even in the coldest winters, everyone at the North Pole looks their festive best.
